Return Policy

Due to volatile collectible market and nature of 'blind box', we have a no return or exchange policy.  All sales are final.

Incorrect Products:

If the products delivered to you is incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately.  Please include your order number. 

1. You must submit a request within five (5) days after receiving your package(s).
2. You may not return your merchandise without our approval. 

Upon receiving the incorrect products that was sent to you (must return in mint-condition), we will ship you the correct product. 


Defective and Damaged Products:

If the product delivered to you is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately.  Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged merchandise and packaging. After the review of your report, we will refund you the amount of defective or damaged product. A replacement of the product may be an option if still available, however, if it's a blind box item, there is no guarantee that you'll receive the same exact figure you opened.
